1. The registered personal data
When users download the mobile apps published by WebWord Online Services on the Google Play Store, WebWord OS is entitled to handle and register the following data of the users.
Personal data of the users which are handled are as follows:
• Google identifier
To grant the Google identifier is a must have criteria. If someone does not allow us to register and handle this data, he or she are not entitled to use our relevant app.
To give us email address is optional, however there could be some functions (or subfunctions) within the apps that prescribe the usage of the email address therefore entering email is needed to use these functions. If the user does not allow us to register and handle email, he or she are not entitled to use that relevant function within the app.
2. Aim of recording and managing data
The data of the users installing the app(s) recorded by WebWord OS serves first of all to identify the user, the services and rights arisen from in-apps purchases. WebWord OS is entitled to use data to internal product developments and to send its customers information about products and services for marketing purposes, and to accomplish market research to support product development.

4. Duration and practice of data management
WebWord OS preserves the confidentiality of all data recorded and will take every step to ensure safety of these data. Recorded data will not be made available for third parties by any means and under any circumstances. Users may require information about data management and/or processing anytime from WebWord OS via e-mail at email@example.com or via post in a letter sent to Hungary 2096 Üröm Bem u. 4/A. In order to ensure safe data handling WebWord OS shall chose IT tools for data management guaranteeing that data are accessible only for WebWord OS and for those who are authorized, that credibility of data is maintained, recorded data are not modified – except for the recording process, and that recorded data are protected from unauthorized access.
In the course of data management that is based on the voluntary approval in accordance with the present Policy, and which is always in line with the principle of explicit and legitimate purposes, WebWord OS occasionally and in case of need may apply subcontractors for data management or storage. Data handled by WebWord OS may be forwarded upon the specific request of authorities or court and on the basis of regulatory requirements.
5. Web analytics of the webpage
WebWord OS informs its users that Google Analytics and Google Remarketing tools are used for measuring web traffic of the webpage and monitoring the behaviour of users, making statistics and improving success of advertisements.
The abovementioned programs place cookies on the users’ computers that collect user data. Those visiting the WebWord OS webpage authorize WebWord OS to use Google Analytics and Google Remarketing and to monitor and follow their user behaviour furthermore to use all the services offered by these programs. Users have the possibility to disable future data collection and storage of cookies anytime according to the following. We inform users that settings and the use of Google Analytics and Google Remarketing fully comply with the requirements of data privacy authorities.
According to information received form Google, Google Analytics primarily uses first-party cookies for reporting user interactions from its webpage. These cookies collect only information inappropriate for identification. Browsers do not share own cookies among domains. WebWord OS is using Google Analytics mainly for statistics and for measuring success of its campaigns. This program allows WebWord OS to get information on the number of visitors of its webpage, how much time these users spend with checking the webpage, the program can recognise the IP address of the user so it can monitor returning and new users as well, it can also follow the route of the user on the webpage.
WebWord OS is using Google Remarketing to collect also data of the DoubleClick cookie besides normal data of Google Analytics. DoubleClick cookie allows to use the remarketing service that first of all makes possible that users of the WebWord OS webpage later will meet WebWord OS advertisements in the free google ads. WebWord OS is using Google Remarketing for its online advertising activity. WebWord OS advertisements are displayed by external service providers as well – e.g. Google – on webpages. WebWord OS and the external service providers, such as Google, use own cookies (e.g. Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (e.g. DoubleClick cookies) together to get information on the basis of earlier visits of users on your webpage, and for the optimization and displaying of advertisements.
6. Disabling cookies
If you want to manage your cookie settings or disable it you have to use the browser on your own computer. Depending on the tool menu of your browser usually you may find it as cookies/tracking under Tools, Settings and Data Privacy settings with enable/disable options.

Relevant regulations: Act CVIII. of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services; Act XLVIII. of 2008 on the basic requirements and certain restrictions of commercial advertising activities; Act CXII. of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and on freedom of information; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
Those who are concerned are entitled to receive information regarding the handling and processing of his/her data in accordance with relevant regulations in force. Data controller shall provide information requested within 30 days after receipt of the request in the same form (via e-mail or post).
If data controller refuses to provide information, the requesting party must be notified thereof and the legal reasons of the refusal must be given including information on the legal remedies available, and that the requesting party may turn to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Those who are concerned are entitled to require the rectification, erasure or blocking of his/her personal data anytime. If data controller refuses to rectify, erase or block data, the requesting party must be notified thereof and the legal reasons of the refusal must be given. If rectification, erasure or blocking of data is refused, data controller provides information on the legal remedies available, and that the requesting party may turn to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
In case of a breach of the rights of the person concerned he/she shall has the right to turn to court against the controller. The court shall hear such cases in priority proceedings.
